Terms and Conditions 

  1. Introduction 
    Welcome to Fortus International Solutions AB (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of products (the “Products”) from our e-commerce site shop.fortuspay.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
     

  1. Ordering 

  1. Order Process: To place an order, select the Products you wish to purchase and proceed through the checkout process on our Site. You will be required to provide necessary information, including delivery details and payment information. 

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive and order confirmation email. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. 

  1. Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Acceptance of your order occurs when we send you a shipping confirmation email or deliver the Products to you. 

  1. Pricing and Payment 

  1. Prices: All prices are quoted in SEK (Swedish Krona) and are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. 

  1. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards, and other payment methods as specified on the Site. 

  1. Late Payments: If you fail to make payment on time, we reserve the right to charge interest and late payment fees on overdue amounts as permitted by applicable laws. 

  1. Shipping and Delivery 

  1. Shipping: We will arrange for delivery of the Products to the address specified in your order. Shipping costs will be added to your order total unless otherwise stated. 

  1. Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or other factors beyond our control. 

  1. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery. 

  1. Returns and Refunds 

  1. Returns: Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if purchased by a consumer in accordance with “Lagen om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler”. Other entities such as businesses are subject to our return policy. Return must be authorized by us and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

  1. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned Products. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

  1. Non-Refundable Items: Custom or special-order Products, and Products that have been used or altered, may not be eligible for return. 

  1. Warranty and Liability 

  1. Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty on our Products, covering defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications. 

  1. Liability: Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Products is limited to the amount paid for the Products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

  1. Intellectual Property 
    All content on our Site, including text, images and logos, with some exceptions, is the property of Fortus International Solution AB and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our express written permission. 

  1. Privacy 
    We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Site and placing an order, you consent to our Privacy Policy. 

  1. Governing Law 
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. 

  1. Change to Terms 
    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
